Every once and a while, Google would do usability tests on some of its products to help improve a service both existing and ones still in development. Today, they’re asking for volunteers to test Blogger:

You can help us out and make money just by using Blogger! From time to time at Blogger we run usability studies to make sure that we’re on the right track with all the new features we’re working on.

If playing with Blogger for an hour or so and making up to $100 sounds like something you’d like to do, please sign up here.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed during the announcement. It was reported previously that the offering was within the $100 Million figure.

According to them the reason for the acquisition was:

Google believes that feed-based content and advertising is a developing space where we can add value for users, advertisers and publishers. FeedBurner’s technology and talented team are a great addition to Google’s current solutions for advertisers and publishers.
